Working hardly or hardly working? 29/03/2023


I didn't say I would post every week, but it's kind of worked out so far, so I'll continue...I guess.

Quick general update:

I had some low energy days, so I hadn't been on a game dev grind until last night, and today actually. My process working on anything is pretty much like this. Be a zombie for a day or two, collecting energy, then be a workaholic for the next few days. Coffee doesn't quite fix it either. Anyway...

I got down all the main character names, and special abilities down for each character. I won't reveal them all, but here's a concept piece.


I'm still figuring out the UI design, and fonts. I really like my handmade buy buttons. I'm thinking of having a bullet, instead of a blue blob.

More excitingly however, is the release of my latest song for the soundtrack, and yes all of it will be GLOURIOUS synthwave or synthwave adjacent. Hope you enjoy!

Other more exciting stuff is showcased here in this video. I updated some graphics, animations, sounds, and added some cool effects.

That's all I can offer this week. I'll continue steadily at pace and update you again soon, hopefully not too long before I have a stable enough release. Keep following and I'll keep posting.
